For our continuously developing manufacturing partner with an international background, we are looking for an experienced leader who will play a decisive role in managing the company's engineering and maintenance areas. This position offers an excellent opportunity for experienced engineering managers who want to take a leading role in developing production processes, implementing technical projects, and increasing operational efficiency.
Tasks
- Management and professional development of an engineering and maintenance team of approx. 10 people
- Comprehensive professional and operational management of production engineering and maintenance
- Coordination of new product introductions, production relocation, and capacity expansion projects
- Development of production processes, equipment, workstations, and technological solutions
- Supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance activities, increasing equipment operational safety
- Preparation of technical investments
- Support in solving production and technical problems
- Cooperation with the international engineering organization, suppliers, and external partners
- Reporting to local management and international technical managers

Requirements
- Higher education in engineering
- Several years of experience as an engineering manager at a manufacturing company
- Management experience in jointly overseeing engineering and maintenance areas
- Active command of English, both spoken and written
