The Erste Magyarország team is looking for an Agile Coach to support the Tribe focused on everyday banking product development. Your responsibilities will include developing agile methodology, implementing AI solutions, and supporting and mentoring teams.
Tasks
- developing agile operational methodology for a Tribe of around 150 people focused on everyday banking product development
- identifying and removing impediments to optimal operations within the Tribe and across related areas
- implementing AI solutions into the teams' business and operational processes
- establishing and managing the Tribe Impediment Backlog with the Scrum Master team
- day-to-day agile support and development for a squad
- creating, tracking, adopting, and sharing best agile practices across the organization
- shaping the operations and mindset of the entire organization as part of the agile support community
- creating a vision and roadmap to increase the Tribe's agile maturity

Requirements
- you have at least 2-3 years of experience as an Agile Coach and are comfortable in a corporate environment
- you are familiar with the world of Agentic AI and have experience in AI-based process automation
- you love and know how to drive change, bringing energy to those around you
- you are proactive and highly independent
- you are results-oriented and driven to succeed
- you are comfortable with Atlassian products and have an affinity for IT development
- you are empathetic and enjoy mentoring others
- you have a higher education degree
- you communicate confidently in English
