The Dreher Sörgyárak team is looking for a Bottling Team Leader for the PET and can bottling line with work in Budapest. Your tasks will include managing shift resources, professional supervision of colleagues, and fulfilling the production plan.
Tasks
- Managing shift resources, organizing the shift, and preparing schedules
- Professional supervision of shift colleagues, coordination and control of the execution of assigned tasks
- Continuous liaison with related departments
- Fulfillment of the production plan taking into account key performance indicators
- Preparation of reports and documentation
- Maintaining operational order and performing WCM tasks
- Coordinating machine cleaning and autonomous maintenance processes
- Independent operation and knowledge of machines

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of production experience, with at least 1 year in a team leader role
- Secondary education, technical qualifications are preferred
- Computer literacy at user level
- Good problem-solving skills, high stamina, and good stress tolerance
- Assertiveness, excellent communication skills
