Tasks
- Together with the Store Manager, you are responsible for optimizing store routines so the store is always ready for customers and achieves great sales results
- Your main task is to ensure weekly campaigns, a sales-minded attitude, and create a positive, energetic, and good-spirited environment where your team enjoys working
- In line with our JYSK Leadership Values, you support the Store Manager by how you communicate, lead, and develop the team in the store
- You train your colleagues in a customer-first attitude, identifying customer needs, and delivering excellent sales
- You are not afraid of physical work and lead by example in store sales and daily routines
