As a key element of our growth strategy, we are looking for a Senior Consultant for our Permanent division who, with proven business development experience and a strategic mindset, can make a meaningful impact on our business results. This position goes beyond classical consulting: the primary focus of the role is new business acquisition, market building, and revenue generation, while taking full responsibility for the lifecycle of assignments.
Tasks
- Managing end-to-end (360°) recruitment projects from taking client briefs to successful placement
- Active business development and market building - identification, acquisition, and strategic development of new clients
- High-level stakeholder management at the C-level
- Deep understanding of client needs and translating them into business solutions
- Building and profitably managing your own client portfolio
- Continuous monitoring of market trends and the competitive environment
- Consistent representation of service quality and advisory standards
