As our new Senior Engineer, Quality and Process Compliance, you'll be driving ISO compliance processes across the organization, ensuring sustainable adherence to standards while fostering a culture of operational excellence in line with our Integrated Management System (IMS).
Tasks
- Plan and execute internal audits, ensuring ISO compliance, audit readiness, effective governance, and follow-up of identified findings.
- Coordinate the Management Review process across Local, Divisional, and Group levels, ensuring consistent execution and effective performance oversight.
- Drive document management process, ensuring effective document control and compliance with ISO and internal requirements.
- Manage ISO certifications and the Multi-site certification system, supporting timely renewals, certification readiness, and integration of new entities.
- Continuously improve compliance processes, tools, and systems using structured problem solving, lean methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Develop compliance capabilities across the organization through training, stakeholder support, professional networks, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline
- 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or similar role
- Proficiency with ISO standards and quality management systems in a Multisite role
- ISO 9001 ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Auditor certifications
- Proven experience with quality tools and methodologies such as 8D problem solving
