We are looking for a pro-active, passionate and talented Strategic Talent Acquisition Intern colleague for our Corporate People & Culture Team to support the daily work of the Talent Acquisition Partner and People & Culture Business Partners.
Tasks
- Using social media platforms (such as Linkedin Recruiter), professional networking sites/platforms/databases to source and identify potential candidates
- Conducting phone screenings, checking the candidates' professional background, motivation and language knowledge via telephone interview
- Organizing and partaking in online and face-to-face interviews
- Supporting the candidates' hiring journey comprehensively from start to finish
- Ensuring accurate administration of the whole recruitment process
- Creating compelling and accurate job advertisements that will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent

Requirements
- Ongoing studies at any Hungarian University/college
- Available at least 25-30 hours per week
- Good command of English, Hungarian and outstanding communication skills
- German is a plus
- Customer oriented mind-set and you are creative, enthusiastic, proactive and open to taking over new tasks
