Our client is the Budapest subsidiary of a group of companies with decades of successful history and an international market presence, dealing with real estate investment and general contracting. We are currently looking for an experienced manager for them to direct the building electrical engineering area.
Tasks
- Management of the building electrical engineering discipline for projects, leading the team of electrical engineers consisting of project managers and estimators
- Active participation in the full lifecycle of projects
- Professional supervision during tendering and offer negotiations
- Budget planning
- Reviewing building electrical plans
- Partnership relations with designers and subcontractors
- Close cooperation with general/architectural and MEP project managers
- On-site inspection of the construction process
- Supervision during commissioning

Requirements
- Relevant engineering degree and FMV authorization
- Several years of project management experience in building electrical construction and leadership practice
- Relevant experience gained in the implementation of large projects
- Leadership skills and decision-making ability
- Strategic mindset and results-oriented approach
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
