We are looking for an experienced Senior Transition Manager -- Application Management Services (AMS) to lead complex IT service transitions across multiple European markets. In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for driving transition planning, knowledge transfer, service readiness, and operational stabilization, ensuring a smooth and effective transition into business-as-usual service delivery.
Tasks
- Lead end-to-end Application Management Services transitions, from initial planning through operational stabilization.
- Establish effective transition governance, reporting, risk management, and delivery controls.
- Develop and manage transition plans, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate knowledge transfer, application onboarding, service readiness, and operational handover activities.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, business representatives, application owners, and external partners.
- Align transition activities across multiple European countries, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor transition progress, proactively manage risks and issues, and drive timely resolution.
- Oversee service stabilization and support a smooth transition to ongoing service delivery.
- Manage transition budgets, resources, and delivery commitments.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across onsite, nearshore, and offshore locations.
