Our partner company is a dynamically developing family-owned business with over 15 years of presence in the food industry. Their main activity is the production of high-quality bread and fresh baked goods. We are looking for colleagues to join their Budapest team who want a secure, long-term workplace.
Tasks
- Pre-shift inspection of the production line and associated machinery and equipment, ensuring their proper operation
- Setting up the production line for the given product, as well as readjusting and fine-tuning the machines as needed
- Continuous supervision of the production process
- Checking the use of raw materials and fillings required for product manufacturing in accordance with specifications
- Independent handling of minor issues, deviations, and machine setup tasks during production, preventing waste
- Ensuring the continuous cleanliness and order of the workspace, machines, and tools
- Consistent compliance with food safety, hygiene, and occupational health and safety regulations
- Accurate maintenance of documentation and forms related to the position

Requirements
- Experience gained in a manufacturing plant, on a production line, or in a machine operator position
- Technical aptitude, understanding of machine operations, and the ability to perform basic settings independently
- Precise, responsible, and independent work ethic
- Good problem-solving and cooperation skills
- Willingness to work in multiple shifts
