We are looking for a Service Manager to join our team! If you have experience in the service sector and enjoy coordinating a team, we look forward to your application. Your task will be coordinating technical and vehicle maintenance activities at a stable group of companies.
Tasks
- Coordinating the company's technical and vehicle maintenance activities
- Managing 6-8 employees (vehicle inspection expert, auto mechanics, truck washers, maintenance staff)
- Managing the operation of the workshop, wash bay, inspection station, and fuel station
- Fleet management, inspections, service intervals, technical and other examinations on the company-owned vehicle fleet (25 Volvo truck combinations, 15 passenger cars), planning and professional execution and supervision of repair work
- Maintaining contact with contracted service partners and transport authorities
- Spare parts procurement, operational spare parts management
- Efficient and planned tire management, tire service
- Checking incoming and operation-related invoices
- Handling insurance matters, quote requests, claims management, settlements

Requirements
- Technical education (higher education or automotive technician / master craftsman)
- Proactive approach, at least 2-3 years of professional experience in service operations, management experience
- Compliance with statutory requirements (vehicle maintenance activity)
- Computer literacy at user level
- Independence, reliability, leadership personality
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
