thyssenkrupp is seeking a Reporting Executive to join their team in Budapest. You will be responsible for developing and preparing monthly global Q-reports, communicating quality targets, optimizing reporting processes, and collaborating with international plants to ensure data quality and warranty evaluation.
Tasks
- Developing and preparing the monthly, global Q-Report for the BM Business Unit and communicating the relevant report information to AT's reporting system
- Communicating the Q-targets to all levels of the BM Business Unit and to AT's reporting system
- Participating in coordination meetings regarding monthly reporting
- Creating, modifying, and maintaining necessary quality reports for monthly reporting
- Optimizing reporting processes and documentation in accordance with CQ, BU, and AT requirements
- Tracking the measures taken by BU BM locations to achieve quality targets
- Analyzing reporting data and identifying opportunities for optimization
- Identifying and documenting critical customer statuses from customer portals
- Preparing the "Voice of the Customer" report
- Following up on missing or insufficient reporting information and coordinating data-quality improvements with plants
- Performing the editor/coordinator role in the document management system
- Supporting new-plant onboarding and providing regular training and first-level support for reporting and quality applications in cooperation with local and regional key users
- Coordinating warranty evaluation activities from a project management perspective, including alignment across relevant functions and tracking tasks, deadlines, and results
- requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a university, technical university, or university of applied sciences, or equivalent professional experience
- Fluency in English; knowledge of German and other foreign languages is a plus
- Affinity for numbers and proficiency with IT applications (Office, SAP, Sharepoint, AI, etc.)
- Basic programming knowledge is a plus (e.g. SQL)
- Knowledge of PowerBI is a plus
- Knowledge of relevant quality standards in the automotive industry
