As a Business Process Owner Sales & Distribution, you will lead business process deployment, ensure adoption and value creation, and transform ways of working in an international environment.
Tasks
- Lead business process deployment: drive the implementation of standardized business processes and modern ERP solutions, ensuring they are simple, scalable, and aligned with global standards.
- Ensure adoption and value creation: support business teams in adopting common processes, data, and reporting tools that enable more efficient and digitally enabled ways of working.
- Transform ways of working: lead the transition from current processes to future-state models, ensuring alignment with business, data, and governance principles.
- Support local transformation initiatives: work closely with local teams to translate global solutions into tangible business impact and operational improvements.
- Connect business needs to global design: collect improvement requests and enhancement needs from the business and collaborate with global process owners to evolve solutions.
- Stakeholder management and alignment: engage regularly with global process owners, business leaders, and sponsors to align on priorities, identify gaps, and remove roadblocks.
