Tasks
- Analysis of business processes and operational challenges from an automation and applied AI perspective
- Identification, development, and prioritization of automation and AI use cases
- Structuring business needs, defining business and functional requirements
- Supporting the design of automation, AI, and low-code/no-code solutions
- Coordinating prototypes (PoC), pilot projects, and implementations
- Supporting the measurement of business results, ROI, and impact
- Collaboration with business, data, development, and IT operations teams
- Conducting workshops, interviews, and process assessments
- Active contribution to developing the organization's AI and automation maturity
- Preparing data analysis and compiling decision-making materials

Requirements
- Higher education degree
- At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, product, process development, or digital transformation
- Ability to analyze business problems in a structured way and translate them into solution proposals
- Confident communication with both business and technology stakeholders
- Quick understanding of complex processes and relationships
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Active English language skills
