Schaeffler is seeking a Demand & Capa. Planning Professional for their plant in Debrecen to handle master schedules for plant production operations, manage workload, inventory, and align with supply chain and logistics.
Tasks
- Provides master schedules for plant production operations to meet production requirements.
- Maintains running accounts of orders received, work completed, and inventory.
- Prepares and monitors master schedules containing details of materials, equipment, staffing, and time required.
- Works with supply chain / logistics, production, and maintenance personnel to coordinate activities.
- Communicates status and changes to customer service or directly to customers.
- Responsible for safeguarding the flow of information and material transfer towards the customer.
- Check plausibility of customer demands and take into account a cost-effective use of resources.
- Ensures understanding and compliance to the customer logistics requirements.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- English language (min. B2 level - Upper Intermediate)
- User level knowledge on MS Office and SAP
- Great communication skills
