Deutsche Telekom MMS GmbH has been a client and business partner of our company since 2019 and is a key innovation and digitalization service provider of the DTAG group. We are looking for an ambitious, experienced professional with confident German language skills for the Hungarian team of this dynamically developing business unit. We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst colleague to support our client in analyzing, optimizing, and further developing business processes.
Tasks
- Analysis and optimization of business processes and identification of development opportunities
- Gathering, analysis, and documentation of business needs and requirements
- Preparation and facilitation of stakeholder workshops
- Creation of use cases and process models
- Data analysis and report compilation
- Supporting the development of technical solutions based on business requirements
- Communication and cooperation between the client and internal professional teams
- Supporting projects from concept development to implementation

Requirements
- Higher education in business informatics, economics, or another relevant field
- Initial professional experience in the field of business analysis
- Confident analytical and conceptual thinking
- Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Knowledge of process modeling, such as BPMN
- Confident use of AI-based research tools
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Independent, proactive approach and effective teamwork
- Experience in cooperating with stakeholders at various levels
- German language skills at C1 level
- English language skills at C1 level
