Our partner is a stable, established international food industry company present in the market through the development of innovative products and manufacturing under high quality standards. To support expanding professional tasks, we are looking for a product developer.
Tasks
- Active participation in the development and introduction of new products
- Sourcing new raw materials, selecting suppliers and maintaining ongoing communication with them
- Professional visits to supplier laboratories and plants, supporting cooperation
- Preparing product samples for customers and management
- Organizing and conducting tastings and product tests
- Creating and keeping up-to-date documentation related to product development
- Conducting European market research, analyzing competitor products and food industry trends
- Identifying cost reduction opportunities through the analysis of product specifications, raw materials and suppliers, as well as improving productivity
- Recording related data in the enterprise management system and preparing reports
- Conducting and documenting product shelf-life studies
- Regularly communicating research and development results to management
- Participating in the preparation of consumer research, in close cooperation with management

Requirements
- Higher education in food engineering
- Confident, active command of English both spoken and written
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Willingness to travel, primarily related to supplier and professional visits
