Schneider Electric is currently recruiting for a Budapest-based Invoice & Validation Analyst in Budapest. Please note that it is an entry-level role. The Invoice & Validation Analyst will be part of a global operations team responsible for ensuring the accuracy of supplier billing and contract-related data. The role focuses on invoice validation, discrepancy resolution, contract administration, and reporting activities, supporting both internal stakeholders and customers.
Tasks
- Analyze supplier invoices and billing data to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies, charge errors, or inconsistencies.
- Investigate and resolve billing issues by collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders via email and phone.
- Perform invoice audits and validation activities using Excel and internal systems to support accurate billing and reporting processes.
- Support contract administration processes by interpreting contract terms and maintaining contract-related information and databases.
- Build and maintain Excel-based calculations and analyses based on customer contracts and commercial agreements.
- Prepare, update, and distribute reports to customers and internal stakeholders while ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate effectively with international teams and participate in internal and external communications to support operational objectives.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects and operational initiatives as assigned by the manager.
