Tech People is a European provider of technical skills permanent recruitment and temporary contracting services for multiple industries. Currently we are looking for an Interim Finance Manager to join our team in Budapest.
Tasks
- Leading day-to-day finance operations, accounting, IT and financial reporting activities
- Ensuring reliable statutory reporting and strong financial compliance
- Supporting business planning, budgeting and financial analysis
- Leading and developing a finance team in a hands-on environment
- Supporting ERP implementation and finance process improvement initiatives
- Improving reporting structures, workflows and operational efficiency
- Working closely with senior stakeholders and external partners
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
- 5--8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting in multinational environment, with strong operational finance focus
- Solid knowledge of IFRS and HAS
- Strong accounting knowledge and practical understanding of financial processes
- Hands-on experience in ERP implementation projects and finance process improvement initiatives
- Motivated by taking ownership, driving change and delivering tangible improvements
- "Can do" mindset
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English and Hungarian
