This position plays a key role in the launch of new products, as well as in identifying, developing, and implementing product enhancements aligned with customer needs, in compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
Tasks
- Active participation in product development
- Creation and preparation of product training materials for clients
- Proposing new product introductions, improvements aimed at enhancing customer experience, and developing developmental and organizational measures to boost product competitiveness
- Managing changes resulting from legislative updates and product modifications
- Developing product descriptions and internal standards
- Regular communication with banks, GIRO, and other regulatory authorities regarding product and standard characteristics and their changes
- Contributing to the development of the product sales strategy
- Active support in achieving sales targets
- Active cooperation with the product sales team in defining development directions for product growth
- Close cooperation with the IT department regarding the formulation of business requirements

Requirements
- Higher education in a relevant field
- Min. 5 years of experience in a commercial bank in payment systems and account management, or a similar field
- Thorough knowledge of domestic and international payment systems and payment solutions
- Knowledge related to payment product pricing
- Experience in sales and client relationship management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hungarian and English
- Strong user-level IT skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Innovative mindset, solution-oriented, proactive personality
- Quick adaptability and responsiveness
