Are you passionate about driving financial accuracy and process excellence in customer bonus management across a global organization? As our new Finance Controller, Customer Bonus, you will be delivering accurate customer bonus reporting, owning balance sheet reconciliations, and driving optimization of global bonus processes in close collaboration with Sales teams.
Tasks
- Deliver bonus agreement credit notes and final settlements in accordance with agreement timing
- Produce accurate and timely monthly and year-end customer bonus reporting
- Collaborate with Sales to ensure accuracy and timely updates of bonus accruals
- Own and reconcile balance sheet accounts for customer bonus
- Drive optimization and simplification of global customer bonus processes through standardization and automation
- Ensure compliance of customer bonus agreements and processes with accounting principles and internal controls

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a Corporate Finance role
- In-depth knowledge of SAP software and intermediate Excel skills
- Proficiency in English with strong organizational and change management skills
