Howmet Aerospace is looking for an Area Associate to work in Székesfehérvár to support shift supervisors and perform administrative duties in the area.
Tasks
- Assisting shift supervisors with their work
- Following and enforcing work instructions
- Performing administrative tasks (recording DMEA, downtimes, completed 5S and TPM tasks, etc.)
- Helping new colleagues integrate into the team
- Resolving issues arising within the group
- Resolving issues within one's scope of authority when they occur
- Following and enforcing 5S rules
- Monitoring auxiliary materials
- Submitting improvement suggestions
