MBH Bank is one of Hungary's leading banks with a stable, established domestic company and the country's largest branch network. We are looking for a branch manager for our Kőbánya branch to achieve branch performance, implement strategies, and manage the team.
Tasks
- Achieving maximum branch performance and meeting target goals
- Developing the branch business strategy for small business and retail customer segments, managing acquisition activities in the catchment area
- Developing and implementing the branch HR strategy
- Representing the bank
- Creating the material and personal conditions for high-level customer service, ensuring efficient bank branch operations
- Ensuring professional training and development of staff, supervising and evaluating their work
- Providing regular quality feedback to immediate colleagues
- Continuously analyzing the strengths and areas for development of the branch, making management decisions based on experience
- Making decisions up to the limit defined in the authority and jurisdiction list and supervising their execution, preparing decisions exceeding the scope of authority
- Continuous monitoring of banking risks in the managed branch, approval of customer and claim classification
- Continuously feeding business information, competitor analysis, and banking experience back to a higher level
- Enforcing prudent banking operations prescribed by laws, regulations, and internal bank policies using all available means
- Ensuring the professional training of subordinates in given training programs in cooperation with competent areas
- Maintaining necessary records
