The Ügyvédjelölt will support the firm's attorneys in a part-time, hybrid role based in Budapest, with the possibility to work from home for certain tasks.
Tasks
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and corporate documents
- Assisting in due diligence processes
- Conducting legal research in areas such as corporate law, investment law, M&A, and intellectual property
- Preparing legal memoranda and opinions
- Supporting client meetings and negotiations
- Helping manage transaction-related documentation in Hungarian and English
- Assisting with filings and procedural steps before authorities and registries
- Contributing to internal knowledge management
- Collaborating with colleagues across practice areas
