Quality assurance, testing strategy development, and efficient test process management play a key role in their projects.
Tasks
- Complete planning, coordination, and management of testing activities.
- Development and tracking of testing strategy and test plans.
- Professional and operational leadership of the test team, task prioritization, and distribution.
- Management of testing processes, deadlines, and resources.
- Collaboration with project management, development teams, and business areas.
- Tracking and reporting of test results, bugs, and risks.
- Ensuring testing processes related to system implementation.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a test manager.
- ASAP start
- Relevant experience gained in complex IT system implementations.
- Experience in people management leadership of a test team of at least 10 people.
- Confident, negotiation-level English language skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Independent, proactive work and a decisive leadership mindset.
