Chervon Autó Kft. is looking for an experienced LEAN Engineer for its Miskolc site. The purpose of the position is to operate the site continuous improvement system, identify losses, and coordinate Kaizen improvements in an international manufacturing environment.
Tasks
- Operating the site continuous improvement system: collecting improvement proposals, joint prioritization, tracking assignees and deadlines.
- Identifying process losses, waiting times, excess inventory, and information or material flow issues using Gemba walks and Value Stream Mapping.
- Coordinating Kaizen improvements and problem-solving workshops using PDCA, A3, and root cause analysis methods.
- Developing 5S, visual management, and daily management routines, and supporting the sustainability of implemented solutions.
- Supporting managers and employees with a Lean mindset, training them, and involving them in improvements.
- Tracking the results and sustainability of improvements, and presenting outcomes to relevant areas and management.
Requirements
- Relevant LEAN experience gained in an international manufacturing environment (min. 3 years)
- Higher education, with a technical degree being an advantage
- Confident English language skills and the ability to work independently in an international environment
- Confident navigating a production environment and applying LEAN tools on a practical level
- Not only identifying problems but also taking an active role in implementing solutions
- Ability to independently facilitate workshops and improvement projects
- Structured thinking and data-driven decision preparation
- Good collaboration skills with various departments and managers
- An independent, proactive, and result-oriented personality
