UltaHost is looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack JavaScript Developer (AI-Native) to join our Engineering team. This role is ideal for an experienced software engineer who enjoys building modern web applications across the entire technology stack while leveraging AI-assisted development workflows to deliver high-quality software efficiently.
Tasks
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Node.js, NestJS, React, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Build secure and maintainable REST APIs, authentication systems, and backend services
- Design and maintain database schemas using Prisma ORM with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis where appropriate
- Use AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar as part of your daily development workflow
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, Docker-based development environments, and deployment processes

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 4+ years of professional Full-Stack JavaScript development experience
- Strong expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript
- Production experience with Node.js and NestJS
- Strong experience with React and Next.js
- Hands-on experience with Prisma ORM, PostgresSQL/MySQL, MongoDB/Redis
- Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience writing unit and integration tests using Jest, Vitest, Supertest, or similar frameworks
- Daily experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex CLI, or similar
- Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, security, and modern engineering best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
