We are looking for a Process Engineer to join the team of our international metal industry manufacturing partner, who will be responsible for the development and optimization of powder coating technology and the continuous improvement of related production processes.
Tasks
- Supervision and continuous improvement of the operation of the powder coating plant and related production processes
- Optimization of the performance of powder coating technology, spray booths, ovens and related equipment
- Development of manufacturing processes, jigs, and technological solutions in the field of metalworking
- Investigation of production problems and coating defects, root cause analysis
- Definition and implementation of corrective and preventive actions
- Support for the introduction of new products, technologies, production equipment, and processes
- Providing technical support to production and maintenance areas
- Coordination and implementation of process improvement projects
- Preparation and updating of production documentation
- Preparation of work instructions, process flowcharts, PFMEAs, Control Plans, and technological documentation
- Creation and maintenance of BOMs in the SAP system
- Management and documentation of engineering changes (ECR/ECO)
- Participation in Lean and continuous improvement projects
- Support for Kaizen activities
- Professional training and support for production line workers
- Close cooperation with production, maintenance, quality, logistics, and development areas
