Tasks
- Coordinating and organizing the daily work of a 5-member logistics team
- Efficient organization, assignment, and tracking of tasks
- Coordinating processes related to product returns
- Managing shipments and deadlines, handling emerging situations promptly
- Close cooperation with related departments, suppliers, and logistics partners
- Supporting and motivating the team and promoting their professional development
- Coordinating the resolution of day-to-day operational issues
- Measuring and improving processes, simplifying operations, and continuously increasing efficiency
- Close cooperation with staff at foreign subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with specific local regulations
- Documented handling of transport complaints, integrating preventive measures into processes

Requirements
- Relevant higher education degree
- Several years of experience in operational logistics or a similar field, such as international transport
- Team management experience, with a confident and collaborative leadership approach
- Comprehensive practical knowledge of export, import, customs, and transport processes, along with the ability to coordinate and control them effectively
- At least intermediate English language skills, both written and spoken
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills, as well as a practical, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to make independent decisions and take responsibility within the scope of the role
- A firm, consistent, yet cooperative personality
- Openness to process improvement and to acquiring new knowledge and solutions
