As a key member of the Power Headquarters FP&A team, the Fixed Production Cost (FPC) Cost Management Leader drives financial rigor, strategic planning, and operational excellence across the Power business. This role combines people leadership with deep analytical expertise to manage complex cost structures and lead high-impact transformation initiatives.
Tasks
- Cultivate a high-performing team of four analysts by prioritizing professional development, mentorship, and operational excellence
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Power business line FP&A teams and Operations leaders for Fixed Production Cost
- Lead the standardization and harmonization of FPC processes across the broader Power portfolio to eliminate inefficiencies
- Support Sustainable Cost Productivity Hoshin to achieve Long Range Forecast productivity ambitions
- Exercise full oversight of the HDGT Services FP&A lifecycle
- Provide expert financial guidance to senior stakeholders to influence operational strategy

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics
- Fluent English knowledge is essential
- Significant subject matter experience in cost management
- Proven experience leading or managing teams with a track record of coaching and developing talent
- Process-oriented mindset with interest in automation and Lean methodologies, and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
