Tasks
- Full management of the production shift (coordinating the work of 18–22 subordinates)
- Execution of the daily production plan and monitoring its fulfillment
- Monitoring production processes, increasing efficiency
- Enforcing compliance with occupational health, hygiene, and quality standards
- Tracking shift performance, reporting to direct supervisors
- Liaising with the maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics departments
- Training, motivating, and evaluating new employees

Requirements
- Secondary education (relevant degree is an advantage)
- Minimum 1–2 years of production management or shift supervisory experience
- Hands-on leadership experience in a production environment
- Basic computer skills
- Accuracy, responsible work ethic
