Our central HR department is looking for a new Recruitment and Selection Team Lead. We believe that finding and retaining the right people is one of the key drivers of business success. Tasks
- You lead and develop the recruitment and selection team.
- You define and implement the company's recruitment strategy.
- You are responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for central office positions.
- You coordinate the onboarding process for new office employees and track key milestones of the employee lifecycle.
- You introduce modern recruitment solutions and improve recruitment processes.
- You participate in domestic and international HR projects and coordinate their implementation.

Requirements
- You hold a college or university degree
- You speak English at a negotiation level
- You have several years of experience in recruitment and selection
- You enjoy leading, developing, and motivating a team
- You are equally comfortable with strategy creation and practical implementation
- You have excellent communication and networking skills
- As a coach-minded leader, you support the development of your colleagues
- You are experienced in project management
- You handle changes confidently and prioritize well
- You are familiar with the principles of GDPR and the regulatory environment supporting HR processes
