Schaeffler's Debrecen plant is looking for a new colleague for the Process Engineering Technician position to support production, equipment maintenance, and process development.
Tasks
- Support production industrialization and equipment installation
- Perform reactive maintenance in case of machine failure (unplanned)
- Ensure operational capability of production equipment
- Adjust equipment according to specifications, troubleshoot equipment faults, document faults and performed repairs/modifications in the specified location
- Follow the escalation plan during troubleshooting
- Perform changeovers according to instructions
- In case of part replacement, pick up parts from the local and central spare parts warehouse
- Preserve the condition of entrusted tools and machine parts
- Adhere to the 5S standard in the production unit
- Support engineers in achieving lower cycle times for equipment
- Support the achievement of factory KPI metrics (quality, quantity, cost)
- Support deviation management process
- Set up prototype processes for sample and serial production
- Daily maintenance of injection molds for both thermoset and thermoplastic products
- Conditioning of thermoset molds on a daily basis
- Knowledge and operation of MES and other production support systems (WIP)
- Support engineering in programming injection molding equipment, developing injection molding processes

Requirements
