Appic by Hiflylabs specializes in creating impactful AI, mobile and web applications by combining cutting-edge technologies with data-driven insights. We are looking for a Senior UI Designer to join our vibrant team of 250+ data and tech enthusiasts based in Budapest.
Tasks
- Design visually engaging and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with UX designers to create cohesive user experiences
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries
- Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specifications for developers
- Apply strong visual design skills, drawing on graphic design and branding experience to create consistent and engaging digital experiences
- Contribute to visual identity and branding projects, ensuring consistency across digital touchpoints
- Conduct visual design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure design quality
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on designs based on user testing and insights
- Explore and leverage AI tools to support the design process, improve workflows, and explore new creative possibilities
- Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, AI developments, and best practices
- Lead design presentations and workshops, effectively communicating design concepts and rationales
- Mentor other designers and contribute to their professional growth

Requirements
- 5+ years of UI design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and high-quality UI work, ideally including graphic design and branding projects
- Proficiency in Figma
- Strong visual design skills, with an eye for typography, color, layout, and visual consistency
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Ability to create responsive designs that adapt to different devices and screen sizes
- Confident use of AI tools in the design process, with an interest in exploring new tools and workflows
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
