Tasks
- Continuous monitoring of machine operation, detection of potential faults and anomalies
- Preparation and loading of forging materials (metal blocks, bars) into the machines
- Accurate maintenance of production documentation
- Maintaining a clean workstation and ensuring the operational reliability of the machines
- Machining of aluminum workpieces according to production regulations and technological instructions
- Professional clamping and feeding of parts into the machines, followed by unloading and inspection of finished pieces
- Checking the dimensions of manufactured parts using various hand measuring tools (e.g., caliper)
- Maintaining cleanliness of the machine and workstation, as well as continuous monitoring of tool conditions
- Material handling within the plant
- Operation and handling of cutting and deburring machines
- Maintaining cleanliness in the cutting workspace and the entire warehouse area
- Proper use of measuring tools
