Tasks
- As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the entire selection process
- A significant part of your working hours will be spent maintaining contact with our clients and communicating with candidates
- You will use internal and external databases to find the most suitable candidate for the given position
- During end-to-end recruitment processes, you will be responsible for contacting, interviewing, and submitting candidates
- You will maintain contact with our clients in both Hungarian and English, and you may also meet them during business negotiations and client meetings

Requirements
- Secondary education; higher education degree is an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, agency experience is a plus
- Client management experience
- Conversational, confident English language skills
- Excellent communication skills, which will form the basis of your daily tasks
- Proactive, energetic, assertive personality
