Tasks
- Organizing the professional operation of power and agricultural machinery under supervision
- Organizing crop production work and maintaining continuity on the areas cultivated by the company
- Planning, scheduling, and directly managing crop production workflows on the areas cultivated by the company
- Managing crop production workers on site (assigning tasks and checking their execution)
- Maintenance and upkeep of the company's GPS fleet
- Precise adjustment of machinery used in arable farming
- Cooperating with other departments of the business

Requirements
- Secondary education
