Tasks
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports, analyses, and business insights for commercial teams and management
- Support sales activities through performance tracking, data analysis, and decision-preparation calculations
- Coordinate planning and forecasting processes, including annual and rolling business plans
- Collaborate with commercial, logistics, planning, and controlling teams to ensure data consistency and business transparency
- Support business process optimization initiatives and continuous improvement projects
- Contribute to the development and operation of SF CRM system supporting commercial activities
- Provide technical and analytical support to internal stakeholders and affiliated companies
- Ensure accurate data management and support efficient reporting processes

Requirements
- University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of commercial, logistics, or business processes
- Excellent attention to detail and structured way of working
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in an international environment
- Business-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Experience with SAP
- Knowledge of Power BI and SQL
- Familiarity with databases and business applications
- Fluent English
