WHC Reloc is seeking a Furnace Operator for work in Kaposvár. Responsibilities include the continuous operation and supervision of furnaces and related equipment, as well as participation in maintenance work.
Tasks
- Continuous, safe, and efficient operation of furnaces, raw material supply systems, and related equipment
- Monitoring equipment operation, regular inspection, and documentation of technical parameters
- Weekly and monthly measurement and tracking of inventory levels in raw material warehouses, main and secondary silos
- Periodic inspection of the condition of furnace refractory lining, steel structures, and chimneys
- Active participation in planned preventive maintenance and cleaning tasks
- Prompt identification, reporting, and troubleshooting of potential malfunctions in compliance with safety regulations
- Close cooperation with other members of the maintenance and technical team

Requirements
- Secondary technical education
- Qualification as an industrial oil and gas combustion equipment operator OR power plant boiler operator
- Independent, responsible, and precise working style
- Problem-solving skills and rule-following attitude
- Willingness to work a 12-hour continuous shift schedule (2 working days — 2 days off)
- Experience in glass manufacturing is an advantage
