B.W.A. Production, Trading and Service Ltd. is a Hungary-based food manufacturer located in Hajós, specializing in turning premium Hungarian paprika into industrial-grade paprika paste for food manufacturers worldwide. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist involving the development and execution of sales and marketing initiatives to promote products to food manufacturers and partners.
Tasks
- Developing and executing sales and marketing initiatives to promote B.W.A.'s paprika pastes and sauce products to food manufacturers and related partners.
- Identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and providing product information and support throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborating with internal teams to prepare presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Assisting in planning campaigns, trade events, and customer visits.
- Monitoring market trends, analyzing customer feedback, and supporting training activities for colleagues or distributors on product portfolio and value propositions.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management capabilities for driving revenue, managing pipelines, and meeting sales targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to support onboarding and product education for customers, partners, or team members.
- Experience in B2B food industry sales or ingredients, flavorings, or related sectors is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Hajós, travel to customer locations as needed, and collaborate in a cross-cultural environment.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, including basic proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office tools.
- Relevant degree or vocational qualification in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, or a related field is an advantage.
