Tasks
- supporting the work of the Head of Legal
- performing company legal counsel duties, contributing to the preparation and legal review of company contracts, partner agreements, and documents in Hungarian and English
- supporting complex projects as a legal expert
- participating in the development and updating of the company's foundational documents and internal policies
- maintaining and updating legal documents, reviewing the contract portfolio
- representing the company before authorities, drafting documents for official proceedings
- representing the company in court and out-of-court proceedings, drafting legal filings
- maintaining ongoing contact with peer departments, partners, and supervisory bodies
- supporting the Data Protection Officer in making decisions related to data processing
- preparing training materials and legal newsletters for peer departments and store employees
- on-site legal compliance audits of Media Markt stores; employee training
