The main objective of the position is the professional coordination of business, contractual, and operational processes related to the wholesale infrastructure contract, aligning cooperation among relevant organizations, and developing professional proposals to support related decisions.
Tasks
- professional preparation and coordination of negotiations related to the wholesale infrastructure contract, ensuring compliance with contractual aspects, and developing professional proposals for decision-making bodies
- participation in preparing business requirements for the wholesale infrastructure contract and related agreements, ensuring contractual compliance in close cooperation with relevant departments
- coordination of amendment processes for the contract and related agreements, providing necessary professional information, and tracking the entire process until implementation
- tracking the implementation of decisions made, monitoring progress, identifying potential discrepancies, and developing action and escalation proposals
- participation in internal decision-preparation forums, reviewing submissions for compliance with contractual and agreement frameworks
- close cooperation with the 4iG group-level Strategy Directorate on strategic topics related to the wholesale infrastructure contract
- professional coordination of reporting and forecasting processes in cooperation with the partner and relevant business areas, analyzing results, and developing proposals to manage identified risks and discrepancies
- coordination of professional consultations related to performance confirmation and settlement processes, involving relevant departments
