Tasks
- Professional support and coordination of digitization-related projects and developments from inception to project closure
- Assessment and analysis of client needs and business processes, identification of development opportunities
- IT-perspective review, clarification, and feasibility assessment of business requirements
- Planning of IT developments, creation of complex professional solutions and alternatives
- Cooperation and liaison with business areas, experts, IT stakeholders, and external suppliers
- Independent professional resolution of complex development tasks, drafting of professional proposals
- Professional review and control of development solutions
- Preparation of professional decisions, formulation of stances and proposals
- Support for project-related administration, records, analyses, and approval processes

Requirements
- Higher education
- At least 7 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience gained in complex IT developments and projects
- Experience in the professional coordination of development tasks
- Confident knowledge of development and testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience in developing customer-facing interfaces
- Knowledge of Android and iOS environments
- Confident use of Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication, cooperation, and problem-solving skills
- Independent, responsible, and proactive work
- Confident professional opinion-forming and decision-preparation ability
