Autoliv is seeking a logistics / customer packaging specialist in Sopronkövesd to create packaging instructions and plan and order materials.
Tasks
- Preparing packaging instructions in accordance with customer, company, and statutory requirements
- Planning, ordering, and coordinating packaging and auxiliary materials for production according to customer needs and production plans
- Ordering containers and indirect materials, tracking order fulfillment, checking and if necessary verifying related invoices and delivery notes
- Preparing weekly, monthly, and annual reports, and sharing the results with relevant partners
- Checking, administering, and tracking invoices for inbound and outbound shipments
- Tracking container inventory, conducting physical inventory
Requirements
- At least secondary education (economic/logistics background is an advantage)
- Intermediate English language skills
- Good problem-solving skills; task-oriented personality
- Confident use of MS Office
- Experience in logistics, customer service, or procurement is an advantage
- Knowledge of German is an advantage
