Hiflylabs is looking for a Junior Data Pipeline Analyst to support the migration of ETL pipelines between source systems and Snowflake. You will work closely with Data Engineers and business stakeholders, including colleagues in our New York office.
Tasks
- Support the migration of ETL pipelines between source systems and Snowflake.
- Use SQL to validate data, check data quality, reconcile datasets, and identify discrepancies.
- Monitor pipeline executions, investigate issues, and help resolve technical blockers.
- Work closely with Data Engineers and business stakeholders, including colleagues in our New York office, to ensure a smooth migration.
- Support data validation, troubleshooting, documentation, and knowledge handovers.
- Contribute to improving data migration processes and team best practices.

Requirements
- A junior candidate with strong hands-on SQL skills and a good working knowledge of Python.
- Familiarity with AI chat and coding tools and an openness to using them in everyday work.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data quality.
- Good English communication skills to collaborate with international colleagues.
- Willingness to work according to New York business hours.
- A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
