Peaktime Agency is a multi-disciplinary agency operating under the umbrella of POS Media Hungary Kft., where creative, business, and execution competencies meet in integrated client solutions. We are looking for an experienced senior leader who doesn't just coordinate daily operations, but actively shapes our vision, goals, and strategy.
Tasks
- You define and represent the vision, medium- and long-term goals, and strategy of Peaktime Agency.
- You are responsible for Peaktime Agency's business performance, annual plan, forecast, pipeline, and profitability.
- You define the clients, project types, and professional positioning with which Peaktime Agency aims to be present in the market.
- You actively build Peaktime Agency's own client base and business opportunities, and consciously develop existing client relationships.
- You identify new business opportunities, lead strategic negotiations, and take an active role in new business processes and pitches.
- You represent Peaktime Agency at a senior level before domestic and international clients, including cooperation with global brands.
- You negotiate and present confidently in English as well.
- You lead and develop the Peaktime Agency team, setting clear expectations, responsibilities, and priorities.
- You ensure that sales, project, design, and creative areas operate in a coordinated and efficient manner.
- You are responsible for the efficient operation of the organization, proper utilization of resources, and alignment of capacities and priorities.
- You timely recognize operational risks, overloads, or bottlenecks, and establish systems, processes, and a responsibility structure that ensure predictable operations.
- You set high professional standards while providing room for independent thinking, initiative, and professional debate.
- You build Peaktime Agency's professional credibility and market presence while closely cooperating with the POS Media organization and leveraging business synergies between the two areas.
