As a PR & Employer Branding Specialist, you will play a key role in how our company is perceived by employees, candidates, universities, local communities, and the public. We are looking for a colleague who thinks creatively, loves to communicate, confidently manages projects and events, and is enthusiastic about shaping the employer brand of an international company.

Tasks

  • Support the development and implementation of employer branding strategy and communication
  • Plan and support recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Manage and develop employer branding communication on social media platforms
  • Coordinate visual and promotional materials related to employer branding
  • Maintain relations with schools, universities, and other educational institutions
  • Organize university and school campaigns
  • Support programs targeting career starters and young talents
  • Participate in career events and job fairs, organize and prepare out-of-office presences
  • Coordinate the procurement and management of promotional items
  • Develop communication messages and campaigns that support the company's values, achievements, and goals
  • Prepare press releases and corporate news
  • Support the organization of media events and press conferences
  • Coordinate internal and external communication projects
  • Coordinate CSR events and local community programs
  • Support community forums and corporate appearances
  • Support the compilation of the annual CSR strategy

Requirements

  • Higher education degree in economics, communications, marketing, business, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in PR, employer branding, communications, or marketing
  • Confident communication skills in Hungarian and English
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Effective teamwork
  • Proactive, creative, and solution-oriented mindset
