As an Inside Sales Representative, you will focus on virtual selling, leveraging Eaton's digital tools and CRM systems to support business growth and customer engagement in an international environment.
Tasks
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners through phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Generate and qualify leads while identifying new business opportunities
- Follow up on customer inquiries and support the development of sales opportunities
- Manage and update customer information and sales activities in CRM systems
- Support account planning, sales forecasting, and pipeline management activities
- Collaborate closely with sales teams and stakeholders across different countries
- Monitor ongoing opportunities and help drive them through the sales process
- Prepare sales materials, customer communications, and reports
- Continuously develop your sales, product, and customer engagement skills through training and on-the-job learning

Requirements
- Degree level or equivalent
- 2-5 years of experience prederred in Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Service, Account Support, or another customer-facing role
- Fluent German and English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer engagement skills
- Experience working with customers remotely via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Proactive, organized, and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems is an advantage
- Experience in B2B sales, partner/reseller environments is a plus
