In the Visual Merchandiser position, you play a key role in the inspiring design of the store using our visual and commercial tools. In line with our values, you contribute to our shared and company successes.
Tasks
- You ensure the execution of the store's visual, commercial and styling strategy in accordance with our commercial guidelines to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- You analyze KPIs, and identify and prioritize visual and commercial opportunities in cooperation with the manager team.
- Using knowledge of fashion trends and competitors, you develop your team's skills to create an exceptional customer experience.
- Together with your team, you help ensure an exceptional customer experience and promote our loyalty program.
- You support your colleagues, contributing to a positive atmosphere and a well-functioning team.
