For our partner active in forwarding and transport, we are looking for a new colleague for the position of Warehouse Manager. Duties include ensuring continuous warehouse operations, professional management of logistics staff, supervising inventory accuracy, and coordinating the maintenance of the warehouse machinery fleet.
Tasks
- Ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of the warehouse, coordinating workforce capacity, leave, and overtime in accordance with legal regulations
- Professional support for the implementation of new clients and projects, assessing customer needs, and developing proposals for setting up logistics processes
- Professional management of logistics staff, supporting their performance, organizing training, and tracking the validity of necessary qualifications
- Conducting recruitment and selection processes, evaluating the suitability of new logistics staff
- Coordinating material and goods movement in the warehouse, as well as supervising inventory records and administrative processes
- Ensuring inventory accuracy, organizing and conducting stocktakes, and handling discrepancies and complaints
- Optimizing material supply, inventory, and warehouse capacity, as well as proposing improvements to storage structures
- Coordinating the maintenance, inspection, and repair of the warehouse machinery fleet, as well as managing related documentation
- Maintaining contact with clients and related departments to ensure effective cooperation and a high level of service
- Supervising warehouse order, cleanliness, and safety regulations, as well as participating in management meetings and preparing reports on warehouse operations
